As we schedule flights to Hawaii, the Caribbean and our international markets, we’re prioritizing your safety and peace of mind. That’s why we’ve partnered with LetsGetChecked and CareNow to offer you convenient COVID-19 testing for select destinations.
You must complete a test* that complies with destination requirements. We recommend:
You may use the onsite rapid testing administered by CareNow if your trip starts in Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW), and be sure to add 1 extra hour to your normal check-in time for testing. If your trip doesn’t start in DFW, or includes a connection, we recommend using at-home testing offered by LetsGetChecked.
Keep in mind you won’t be allowed to fly if you test positive for COVID-19 on-site and will be responsible for any associated costs. We’ll rebook you on a flight at least 14 days after the date of your positive test.
Visit our partner sites for pricing and testing information.
*You may also use your own local testing provider. Check your destination government’s website for specific testing requirements.
